Everyone is to open a ticket and provide their calendar link so that when you email your links you are the first point of contact.  

Once you talk with your prospect you are to book the demo through the CRM or Enter record form. 

Before you begin, here are a few important guidelines:

Keep the Navigation Page Private.  This page is your personal gateway to essential tools for success. Please do not share it.

Always use your Navigation Page.  All the latest changes and upgrades are automatically connected to your navigation page.   

Do Not Save Files or Links. Always download or use the links from the navigation page. They are always being updated to provide the most up to date information.

For optimal functionality, please access this site using a PC. The site is not optimized for mobile devices, and some features may not function properly on them.

From February 15th to February 25th, we’re enhancing our navigation pages to provide a more user-friendly experience, increased security, and additional training and resources to support your success.

 What This Means for You:

  • New consultants can still sign up through your links and will receive the agreement email.

  • Welcome emails and navigation pages will be sent out once the upgraded system is live to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

We appreciate your patience as we make these improvements to better serve you and your teams!

1 - Have your camera on for an interactive experience.

2 - Join from a stationary, professional environment.   

3 -  Please do not join while driving for safety reasons.

1 - Look up to see if someone else is working the lead first

2-Fill Out the Form

*Your name, affiliate code, and email will autofill in. 

3-Select on Stage "Request for Demo" or "Prospecting No Demo Yet"

4-Request for Demo will be redirected to the calendar system to book the demo 

5-Remember to add yourself as a guest

6- After booking, come back to your navigation page, click on " Look Up,"

find the practice/provider, and enter the demo date, and time. 

 

Note: The calendar is set to EST (Maryland Time)

Use the handouts to show the providers and companies what the posters will look like.  Use them as a leave behind in doctors offices to get them to want a demo! 

Only use these buttons on 

flyers. No other material should be used on printed material.

Note to Consultant – Click the below button to look up the Account
participating in the Demo and complete the record and update the stages.

A paper version of the demo if you need it. Do not save the file.

Always download before your demo so you have the latest version.

An electronic version of the demo. These are allowed to be shared AFTER the demo

Note:  Must download Calculators to edit.  How – Click three dots on the top right.  Click Download.  Save to computer and then edit (enter values in yellow fields).

STEP FIVE  
Request Agreement

1- Click the "Request Agreement" button below and look up the company you want an agreement for.

2- Ensure the record is complete with all necessary information.

3- Update the stage to "Request an Agreement" for Remote Care and/or CereSkills.

4- Email Notification: This will automatically send an email with the information to you, the  Success Director, and the Care Team.

5- Care Team Update: The Care Team will manage and update the stages for the   agreement process.

Note: When you select the "Request for Agreement" stage, a copy of the record will be automatically sent to both your email and the onboarding team. At this point, you can update the status to "Agreement Sent." After the onboarding team receives the signed agreement, they will update the stage in the CRM, and you will receive an email notification. Additionally, you can check the CRM daily for status updates.

STEP SIX  
Onboarding After Signed Agreement

Reach out to the provider and let them know we received the agreement and schedule the on- boarding call. Please ensure provider's email address is added as a guest.

Notes about the Rep to Rep Reporting 

1- The rep is added to the report when they fill out the form. 

2- The status changed to signed when the welcome email goes out.

3- Welcome emails go out one to two times a week. 

Additionally, we are collaborating with Signwell to enhance their API and are developing new code to optimize the reporting process.

We are in transition to new server to stabilize the databases and increase security.

 

What this mean is 

1- The navigation launch is March 10th. 

2- Team Building will be on hold until March 11th. 

3- Reporting will be upgraded on the new system.

4- Please do not open a ticket about reporting.

Building A Team

Our business model is not one of people running mass ads. It is one in which we give our existing consultants the opportunity to grow their businesses through relationships they may already have with high caliber people who may also have existing relationships within the medical field or be interested in introducing our company to their personal physicians.

Before Building a Team

Before building a team, you must:

Sign the agreement or rules form.
Complete the Group Training.

Do and Don't

Do not share anything but your opportunity link.

Do not do your own training.

Do share your experience with the person you are referring.
