Quick Start: As you learn about our products, services, and processes, you'll also have the opportunity to begin developing your pipeline.

How to Book Appointments and Get Your First Sale
Find a Provider: Reach out to a provider you already know or feel comfortable introducing yourself to.
If you want more Providers, Pharmacies, and Chiropractors: You will want to focus on private practices that are owned by the physicians, not hospitals, private equity, or ACOs.
Introduce the Opportunity: Show Use the videos on your "Introduction" page that best match the type of provider you’re meeting (e.g., PCP, chiropractor).
Request a Demo: Fill out the form to request a demo for your provider. After filling out the form you will be redirected to the calendar system to book the demo. Remember to add yourself to the guest section of the invite.
Be Ready for the Demo: Make sure you’re professionally dressed and sitting at a laptop in a quiet spot.
Keep in mind: we operate on East Coast time, so plan your schedule accordingly. If a demo might run late or there’s a holiday conflict, just let us know!

It might take 8–10 attempts to book an appointment—don’t give up! Most people quit too soon, but staying consistent and determined makes all the difference.

1 - Look up to see if someone else is working the lead first
Search for the record
If the record is not there:
2-Fill Out the Form
*Your name, affiliate code, and email will autofill in.
3-Select on Stage "Request for Demo" or "Prospecting No Demo Yet"
4-Request for Demo will be redirected to the calendar system to book the demo
5-Remember to add yourself as a guest
6- After booking, come back to your navigation page, click on " Look Up,"
find the practice/provider, and enter the demo date, and time.
Note: The calendar is set to EST (Maryland Time)
Enter Data Into CRM
1 - Look up by affiliate code
2- Click on the record you want to work on
3- Add or change the data
4- When they are ready book the demo
Look Up Your Saved Prospecting Record
To Request Agreement
1- Click the Search Records button and look up the company you want an agreement for.
2- Ensure the record is complete with all necessary information.
3- Update the stage to "Request an Agreement" for Remote Care and/or CereSkills.
4- Email Notification: This will automatically send an email with the information to you, the Success Director, and the Care Team.
5- Care Team Update: The Care Team will manage and update the stages for the agreement process.

You cannot edit calculators. You must download to your device to edit. From List View: on the right side, click three dots, then download From Open Document: Click File, then Download
Look up record and change stage to Clinical Demo Request
Reach out to the provider and let them know we received the agreement and schedule the on- boarding call. Please ensure provider's email address is added as a guest.

A paper version of the demo if you need it. Do not save the file.

Build a Team
Before building a team, you must:
1. Sign the agreement or rules form.
2. Complete the Group Training
