Two options for your practice to get started:

Option One: Sign our (standard) BAA and then enroll your patients using the tools you will be given. Your patients will be given a comprehensive assessment to determine their starting levels. If you choose, you will be able to see patients’ results online. 
 
Option Two: Sign the CERESKILLS Administrative Services Agreement and the BAA, agreeing to perform a brief monthly review of your patients’ progress and you will earn a monthly fee-for-service for your time.
